🧾 Job Role:
Varthana is looking for a Relationship Manager to be a part of a dynamic, motivated, and highly productive Sales Team. The candidate would be required to identify schools and other educational institutions for taking loans and achieving business targets and handling the relationship with the client schools.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially schools and educational institutions.
• Promote and sell School Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1.5 years experience in Sales / Financial Services (NBFC/Banking preferred).
• Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred).
• Age: 21–35 years.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings.
