Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both field sales and inside sales activities for Rent-to-Rent business.

• Meet property owners, tenants, and clients to explain our Rent-to-Rent services.

• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and online platforms.

• Conduct property visits and evaluate properties suitable for Rent-to-Rent model.

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Convert leads into agreements/contracts.

• Manage regular follow-ups with owners and tenants.

• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of properties.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily/weekly reports to management.

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

• Support the team in marketing activities whenever required.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident in field work and meeting clients.

• Basic knowledge of real estate or rent-to-rent model (preferred).

• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Must be comfortable with sales targets.
