Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Guwahati

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents.

• Support the life cycle management of financial advisors/agents through regular interactions.

• Learn and train on the company’s app for effective customer servicing.

• Work towards achieving sales targets under the guidance of seniors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain good business hygiene.

• Contribute to sales growth by exploring new ideas to enhance reach in the assigned region.

• Gain exposure to distribution of Motor, Life & Health Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, NPS, and other financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: HSC / Diploma / Graduate (Full-time).

• Experience: Freshers are welcome (0–1 year of Sales/BD experience preferred).

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts. Knowledge of insurance & financial products will be an added advantage.

• Communication: Good verbal & written communication skills, eager to learn and interact with customers.

• IT Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software.

• Attitude: Positive mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in building a career in financial services.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with Freshers.
