RELATIONSHIP MANAGER / SALE MANAGER – MSME LOAN

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for leads generation and completion of target.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Develop and monitor client retention strategies for the region.
Work closely internally with Bank teams for new customers addition.
To understand client business models, trade related activities etc. and identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes.

JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS

Should hold knowledge of MSME/Agri Loan
Solid understanding of the potential of the local market
Manage tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
