Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate new loan customers through field visits and referrals.

Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility to customers.

Collect and verify documents for loan applications.

Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with credit/operations team for loan approval.

Ensure KYC and compliance requirements are completed.
