Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Graduation is mandatory
Maximum age: 32 years
Maximum CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
Ticket size: ₹5 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs
Self-sourcing / Direct Market experience preferred
Notice period: Maximum 30 days or less
No employment gap
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through self-sourcing and direct market activities
Acquire new customers for Home Loan and Mortgage products
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement
Conduct customer visits and maintain regular follow-ups
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets
Collect and verify required customer documents
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval
Maintain strong customer relationships and develop the local market network
Candidate Profile
Looking for target-oriented and customer-focused sales professionals with relevant experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/Financial Services, good communication skills, and strong market knowledge.
