Job Summary

SMFG India Credit Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in sales or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Generate new business leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Promote the company's financial products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Follow up with customers for documentation and application processing.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–6 years in sales, relationship management, banking, or financial services.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve business goals.

• Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
