About the Role

SMFG India Credit is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join the Jaipur team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) and experience in sales/customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for Home Loan and LAP products.

• Develop relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, connectors and other business partners.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, credit processing and loan disbursement.

• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products is mandatory.

• Candidates should be currently working.

• Relevant experience in sales/loan products preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong target-oriented approach.

• CIBIL Score: 700+ preferred/mandatory.

• Graduate qualification preferred.
