### 📍 Job Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for Home Loan• products through field sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.

• Identify business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

Develop and maintain relationships with DSA/Connectors and builders•.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.

• Ensure proper customer follow-up and timely closure of leads.

### ✅ Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Relevant experience in Field Sales / Home Loan is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of APF (Approved Project Funding)• is mandatory.

Candidates should have experience dealing with builders/projects and APF cases•.

• Currently working candidates only preferred.

• CIBIL Score: 700+ mandatory.

• Age: Maximum 35 years.

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Must be comfortable with field sales and customer visits•.

### 💰 Compensation

CTC: As per company norms / based on experience.
