Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.

• Drive the sale of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.

• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Provide training and support to bank staff regarding life insurance products, processes, and regulatory norms.

• Conduct joint customer calls with bank staff to sell life insurance solutions.

• Ensure timely follow-up with leads provided by the bank and closure of sales.

• Track and report sales metrics and branch performance to management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service and quality assurance.

• Adhere to compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with company.
