  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial or product solutions.

  • Cross-sell and up-sell company products/services to increase business volume.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.

  • Handle customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain service quality.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and relationship targets.

  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates of all client interactions.
