2. Source and develop new business through the open market
3. Ensure compliance with all audit and regulatory requirements .
4. Experience: 0–5 years in sales (preferably Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / BFSI).

• Identify and source new customers for Home Loan products through direct sales, references, channel partners, and field visits.
