Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand clients' financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.

• Promote and cross-sell financial products like mutual funds, equity, bonds, PMS, insurance, etc.

• Monitor market trends and advise clients on suitable investment opportunities.

• Manage client portfolios and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets set by the organization.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and periodic reviews of client portfolios.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services or investment industry.

• Strong knowledge of equity markets, investment products, and financial planning.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• NISM certifications (e.g., NISM VA/Equity Derivatives) will be an added advantage.
