We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Shree Ganga Finance Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling Loan Against Property (LAP), Car Loans, and Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans, building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for LAP, Car Loan, and CV Loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, DSA/DST channels, and other business partners.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, and market visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers and channel partners to ensure timely closure of leads.
Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to branch growth.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records and provide regular performance updates to management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
