🔹 Team Building & Training

• Recruit capable insurance advisors to create a strong field sales force.

• Conduct structured training programs to enhance advisor productivity and product knowledge.

🔹 Sales Coaching & Leadership

• Motivate, mentor, and coach your team to consistently meet sales targets.

• Monitor individual performance and provide on-the-ground support.

🔹 Business Development

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling various financial products.

• Expand customer base using your advisor network and local market insights.

🔹 Retention & Relationship Management

• Implement strategies for retaining customers and advisors.

• Foster trust and long-term engagement with both.

🔹 Lead Generation

• Encourage advisors to generate quality leads through field activities and networking.

• Explore new business opportunities in assigned geography.

🔹 Branch Contribution

• Support overall branch growth by participating in recruitment campaigns and community outreach.

• Strengthen brand presence in the local market.

🔹 Performance Reporting

• Track and report sales figures, activity logs, and team progress on a regular basis.

• Share insights and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
