Job Post - Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for Savings Account & Current Account

  • Generate leads through field sales / references / cold calling

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly CASA targets

  • Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Debit Card, Net Banking

  • Maintain customer relationship and ensure service support

  • Coordinate with branch team for account opening process

  • Ensure proper documentation & KYC compliance

    Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

    • Good communication & convincing skills

    • Comfortable with field work

    • Banking/Finance/Sales experience preferred

    • Fresher can also apply
