  • Recruit and develop insurance advisors / agents

  • Train advisors on HDFC Life products and sales process

  • Support agents in generating insurance business

  • Drive sales through agency channel team

  • Motivate and manage advisor performance

  • Achieve monthly and yearly business targets

  • Maintain long-term relationship with advisors and customers

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)

  • Sales experience Minimum 1 year (Other / BFSI / Direct Sales)

  • Good communication and convincing ability
