Job Description: Relationship Manager – Real Estate

We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, assist in sales conversions, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

• Present project details, pricing, and amenities professionally.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.

• Assist clients during negotiations, booking, and documentation.

• Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.

• Update CRM, maintain client records, and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate with relevant experience.

• Experience: 1–3 years (Real estate experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools is an advantage.
