Role Summary:

We are hiring a Relationship Manager responsible for business loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and portfolio handling in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and references
Source customers for Business Loans / Dukan Loans / Express Loans
Conduct customer profiling (CIBIL, banking, eligibility)
Manage end-to-end process: Lead → Login → Disbursement
Build and maintain customer & connector relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets

Eligibility:

Minimum 2+ years experience in Business Loan / Field Sales
Experience in NBFC / Banking / DSA preferred
Strong in lead generation & local market knowledge
Must be comfortable with field work

Requirements:

Own bike & valid driving license
Good communication & sales skills
