• Achieve monthly sales targets as defined – Target-based job (salary applicable only after meeting minimum targets).

• Generate leads via field visits, cold calling, references, and local networking.

• Collect and verify necessary documentation for each service.

• Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and closures.

• Coordinate with the back-office team for processing and follow-up.
