
Key responsibilities
Customer acquisition:
Actively seek out and onboard new customers for current and savings accounts.
Relationship building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Sales and cross-selling:
Promote and sell the bank's products and services, including cross-selling opportunities like insurance, loans, or investment products.
Target achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Account activation:
Ensure newly opened accounts are activated and funded, and that other services like mobile banking are set up.
Market research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Required skills and qualifications
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential. The ability to build rapport and meet sales targets is also crucial.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Experience:
