Relationship Manager – Bancassurance | Kolkata

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Salary: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build strong relationships with bank staff and branch managers.
Meet customers, understand financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Conduct branch activities, lead generation, and customer meetings.
Ensure excellent customer service and policy persistency.

Requirements:

Experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, Banking Sales, CASA, Loans, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Local market knowledge of Kolkata preferred.
