Job Description :
As a Field Sales Executive, you will work on the ground to directly engage with customers and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Conducting daily field visits in assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers
Promoting and selling company products/services through face-to-face interactions
Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and policies in a simple and convincing manner
Generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales effectively
Maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Collecting customer feedback and sharing market insights with the team
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintaining basic sales records and updating customer details
