Job Summary:

The assistant Relationship Manager [RM] role in the Agency Channel is a field sales position focused on agent partner onboarding and motor insurance business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new agent partners within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent motor insurance sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Collaborate with partners for goal setting and performance tracking.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : 2.50 LPA [CTC]
