*Role Overview*
We are seeking an articulate, professionally groomed, and result-oriented Female Relationship Manager to manage interactions with premium clients and investors. You will be the face of our firm, guiding high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through property presentations, consultations, and the final investment process.
*Key Responsibilities*
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium buyers and corporate investors.
Consultative Sales: Understand client investment needs and present matching premium residential, commercial, or land portfolios.
Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and project walkthroughs.
*Deal Closure*: Handle pricing discussions, payment structures, and smoothly close bookings.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional grooming and a confident, client-first corporate presence.
Strong negotiation skills and a highly self-motivated attitude.
Basic understanding of real estate investment and regional market trends.
