Role & Responsibilities

· Identify and acquire new clients seeking home loan products through various channels, including referrals, networking, and market research.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

· Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their home financing needs, provide expert advice, and recommend appropriate home loan solutions.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets for home loan products by converting leads into successful loan applications.

· Present and promote home loan products and services, emphasizing their benefits and features to potential clients.

· Create and deliver customized presentations and proposals based on clients’ financial profiles and housing requirements.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth loan application process.

· Guide clients through each step of the home loan application process, including documentation, processing, and approval.

· Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding the status of their loan applications and any necessary follow-ups.

· Conduct thorough financial assessments and credit evaluations to determine clients’ eligibility for home loan products.

· Review and verify all loan application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Work closely with internal teams, such as credit and risk departments, to facilitate loan approval and disbursement.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes related to home loans.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and increase home loan product adoption.

· Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the loan process.

· Identify and manage risks associated with loan approvals and client interactions.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and loan documentation.
