Job Overview: Lead and manage a team of sales executives in the life insurance sector.
Drive business growth, coach team members, and ensure adherence to policies and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Guide, train, and conduct performance reviews for sales executives.
• Sales Performance: Develop strategies to meet sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Customer Management: Ensure excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Reporting: Report To branch head Qualifications:
• Freshers,Bachelor’s degree in any subject,Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Freshers,or 5+ years in sales or frontline management within life insurance/financial
• Knowledge of life insurance products and direct channel sales processes.
