Position: Relationship Manager – Hospital & Doctor Partnerships

Location: Gurugram / Chandigarh Tricity

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, physiotherapy centers, and healthcare institutions.

• Promote Zorgers' continuum-of-care services including home healthcare, ICU at Home, rehabilitation, elder care, and assisted living.

• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with key referral partners.

• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and service delivery.

• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and referral networks.

• Maintain CRM records, activity reports, and referral pipelines.

• Represent Zorgers at healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums.

• Support patient and family counselling whenever required.
