Job Description

Luix Global Consultancy is hiring Relationship Managers (Home Loan) for a leading banking/NBFC client.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Home Loan leads through open market, referrals and channel partners.

Meet customers and understand their Home Loan requirements.

Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick loan processing and disbursement.

Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain high service standards.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate preferred (12th Pass can apply if eligible).

Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.

Good communication and sales skills.

Field sales experience in Banking, Finance or Home Loans is an added advantage.
