Relationship Manager

• Customer Service and Compliance: Taking regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction, ensuring a smooth customer onboarding process, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory guidelines (e.g., IRDAI) and company policies to prevent mis-selling.

• Problem Solving: Acting as a single point of contact for bank staff for all insurance-related queries and escalations. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong sales orientation and proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Sound knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics.

• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.

• A bachelor's degree is generally required, with experience in sales, preferably in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.

• Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., IRDAI certification) may be necessary.
