Relationship Manager – Field Sales
Job Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR
Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Relationship Manager to join our sales team. The role involves direct field sales (B2B) where you will connect with merchants, present our Digital Services (subscription-based model), and help them grow their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through B2B field sales in the assigned region.
Prospect, pitch, and onboard new merchants for our platform.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Deliver daily sales presentations & product demonstrations.
Ensure systematic follow-up to close deals within timelines.
Handle merchant queries and escalation calls.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream).
6+ months field sales experience preferred. Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication skills (English + local language).
Tech-savvy, confident, and self-motivated.
Positive attitude, presentable, and target-driven.
