Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow our insurance business with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with HNI clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and interactions
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell insurance products
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct client visits and meetings to understand their insurance requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing HNI clients or similar role
- Education: Graduation degree compulsory
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients
- Willingness to conduct regular client visits and field work
