Position

Relationship Manager

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives

Work Profile

• Customer Account Opening process handle karna.

• Daily basis par eligible customers se connect karke account opening complete karwana.

• Company kisi bhi prakar ka data/leads provide nahi karegi.

• Candidate ko apne khud ke sources, networking aur marketing ke through accounts generate karne honge.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)

• Good Communication Skills

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• Laptop Mandatory

• Stable Internet Connection

Targets

• Monthly Target: 130 Account Openings

• Daily Target: 5–7 Account Openings

Salary Policy

• Salary target-based rahegi.

• Monthly salary target achievement ke basis par release ki jayegi.

• Incentive company policy ke anusar diya jayega.

Trial Period

• Duration: 3 Days

• Trial period ke dauran minimum 5–7 Account Openings complete karna mandatory hai.

• Trial successfully complete karne ke baad hi final selection aur onboarding process kiya jayega.

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
