Job Role:
We are hiring Relationship Managers for fintech sales to drive Personal Loan, Home Loan & Business Loan business through digital, field, and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads through digital platforms & field sales
• Manage end-to-end loan process (login to disbursement)
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth onboarding (e-KYC, documentation)
• Build and manage DSA/channel partner relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:
• Experience in Loan Sales / Fintech / NBFC preferred
• Good communication & sales skills
• Comfortable with digital tools & CRM
