• Promote and sell HDFC Bank’s Home Loan products to prospective customers.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, channel partners, builders, and real estate agents.

• Understand the customer's requirements and suggest suitable home loan solutions.

• Assist customers through the entire loan application process, from documentation to disbursement.

• Verify customer documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers) and ensure timely processing.

• Maintain relationships with builders, developers, and housing agents for business sourcing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s performance goals.

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
