🔹 Role Overview

The Loan Sales Officer / Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for Group Loans and Individual Loans through field activities. The role involves identifying potential borrowers, conducting customer visits, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The candidate will work closely with the credit and operations team to complete the loan cycle and maintain healthy portfolio quality.

Source customers for Group Loans and Individual Loans
Conduct field visits, lead generation & customer acquisition
Verify customer documents & ensure accurate KYC
Achieve monthly loan sales targets
Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval
Ensure portfolio quality & timely collections
