Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team [••Mahindra Home Finance••]. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹21000 - ₹26000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard customers for home loans / home improvement loans.

• Build and manage relationships with builders, DSAs, and local connectors.

• Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers.

• Coordinate with credit, legal & operations teams for sanction & disbursement.

• Achieve monthly disbursement & sourcing targets.

• Ensure quality portfolio with good repayment and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily MIS & market intelligence.

• Promote cross-sell opportunities (insurance, top-ups, etc.).

Job Requirements:

• Qualification : 12th pass / Graduate
• Experience : Min 1 year of Home Loan / Sales

• Fresher Can Apply.

• Age criteria : 22 to 32 YEARS
