As CAM-, you work is to sit in our one of the partner banks like HDFC/Bandhan bank/Yes bank or may be RBL bank, it’s depending on opening when you will be selected. You get 100% lead from the bank, where you sit. The lead is about walking customers, who coming for account opening and loan. As we know the rule of government, CASA, insurance is mandatory on every loan. So, you have to pitch the customer about policy to buy the best policy. They have to buy insurance but which type of insurance policy purchased by them, it’s up to you. If you sell good policy, then you get best incentives.
