Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at HDFC Life. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 0.6 year of sales experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front line sales of Life Insurance.
Develop and maintain partnerships and alliances to drive sales.
Provide financial consulting services to clients.
Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Sell Life insurance to corporate, retail and individual clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Life Insurance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum 0.6 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field (BFSI)
2. Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and concepts.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
