We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of advisors/agents.
Generate new business opportunities through field activities and references.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Guide advisors to achieve sales and business targets.
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the team.
Support advisors in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on time.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and market development.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
