Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team Godigitally.

We are a leading IT Services & Consulting  company Focusing on Software Development, Website Development, Digital Marketing, Hardware & Networking, CCTV and University ,Medical Collage, Hospital ,Police & industrial Automation etc. This role will be crucial in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our IT solutions and services, including IT Product Development and IT Outsourcing, tailored for the unique needs of this industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT landscape, proven experience in  sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding targets within this specialized domain.

 We have an excellent opportunity for bright highly motivated and results- IT Sales & Support Executive to spearhead sales growth within India. Technocrats for Technical Sales Support  like you, must have experience in IT sales &Technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to IT services / outsourcing / product development / application management through lead generation, online bidding platforms and proposal writing

·         Identify and qualify new markets, products, or services to expand existing customer base.

·         Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop strategies for successful client acquisition.

·         Conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to pitch solutions to potential customers.

·         Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress towards goals.

·         Provide the Support Potential customers

Desire Candidate

·         0-3 years of experience in B2B B2C sales or business development.

·         Excellent communication skills with convincing power.

·         Strong understanding of Sales Executive Activities.

·         Candidate must have Laptop & bike with valid Driving License.

Education:

      •       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), or a related field.

      •       MBA/PGDM /MCA in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
