To acquire and manage clients by offering stock broking and investment solutions, driving revenue through trading volumes and cross-selling financial products.
Acquire new clients for equity, derivatives (F&O), commodities, and currency trading
Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients
Provide investment guidance on equities, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, and other wealth products
Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement and portfolio reviews
Execute trades and ensure smooth account opening and onboarding
Cross-sell allied financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and NCDs
Achieve monthly and annual revenue and acquisition targets
Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies
Maintain regular client communication and market updates
Graduate / MBA in Finance preferred
1–5 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services
Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and investment products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
NISM certifications (Equity / Derivatives / Mutual Fund) preferred
Client-handling and revenue-driven mindset
