Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and their staff. 

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products. 

• Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with bank staff to implement sales strategies and training programs. 

• Training and Support: Conduct product training sessions and provide sales support to bank staff. 

• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and track market trends. 

• Customer Engagement: Engage with bank customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. 

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements. 

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of life insurance products and their features. 

• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the supervisor or manager.
