Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mortgages & Home Loans
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Relationship Manager to drive our Home Loan sales and Mortgage Loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network, managing LAP (Loan Against Property), and promoting Affordable Housing loan schemes. You will focus on both single property sales and portfolio growth while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Sourcing: Drive sales for Home Loans, LAP, and Affordable Housing loans through active market prospecting.
Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage DSA partners and connectors to ensure a consistent lead pipeline.
Product Expertise: Guide customers through various mortgage products, specifically focusing on single property sales and technical loan eligibility.
End-to-End Processing: Manage the loan lifecycle from lead generation and documentation to login and final disbursement.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong ties with builders, developers, and channel partners to maximize market share.
Candidate Requirements
CIBIL Score: Must have a healthy credit history with a CIBIL score of 650 or above.
Age Criteria: Maximum 36 years and below.
Experience: Proven track record in mortgage sales, specifically with DSAs or banking institutions.
Skills: Strong negotiation, local market knowledge, and a result-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
Incentives: Highly attractive performance-based incentives (uncapped).
