Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Field Sales Professionals to join our Agency Vertical team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Life Insurance sales through a growing network of agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and nurture new agents and partners to expand the agency network

Promote and sell Life Insurance policies via agency channels

Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and clients

Deliver training and ongoing support to agents to help them meet their sales goals

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct regular market visits and analysis to identify growth opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales, preferably in Life Insurance

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Familiarity with insurance products and the agency distribution model is a plus
