Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Acquire new customers through leads and field visits.
Cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Insurance, and Investment Products.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate records and comply with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
