Job Description – Relationship Manager (Home Loan / LAP)

📍 Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Relationship Manager with experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers for Home Loan / LAP products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Manage end-to-end loan processing including documentation, verification, and coordination with credit and operations teams.

• Achieve monthly business targets and maintain sales productivity.

• Provide timely resolutions to customer queries and ensure high service standards.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the HL/LAP segment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Intermediate / Graduate

• Experience: Must have prior experience in Home Loans (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of loan documentation and credit parameters

• Ability to work under targets and maintain customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of local market (Hyderabad/Karmanghat)
