• Visit and onboard local retailers by explaining our platform and its benefits on the He app.
• List products on behalf of onboarded retailers on the app Mobile Application.
• Train retailers on using the app for further product listing, pricing, and order
management.
• Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive maximum customer app downloads and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Provide ongoing field and remote support for retailer queries and issues.
• Collect feedback to improve retailer experience and platform performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth retailer operations.
• Meet assigned onboarding and activity targets; submit daily reports.
• Any other duties assigned by management.
