Key responsibilities
Team leadership and management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of field sales agents to achieve sales goals.
Sales strategy and planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, set individual and team targets, and adapt to market trends.
Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct financial analysis to ensure targets are met and for performance reporting.
Compliance and risk management: Ensure the team and all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Market analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to adjust strategies as needed.
Client and stakeholder relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Training and development: Coach agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and problem-solving skills.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in life insurance sales and/or sales management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and the financial services industry.
Ability to travel and work in the field as required.
