Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Loan Sales Executive to join BISANI BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED

with a strong focus on Business Loans. The role involves field sales activities, client acquisition, and end-

to-end loan processing. Candidates with hands-on experience in business loan sourcing will be given

priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Business Loans (priority), Personal Loans, Home

Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and understand their funding requirements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation process to

customers.

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and

disbursement.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.

• Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years of relevant experience in loan sales

• Strong experience in Business Loan sales will be preferred

• Must be comfortable with field sales and target-oriented role.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
